dental nurse
sophie sweeney

Sophie joined the Castleton team in July 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the practice. Since qualifying as a Dental Nurse in 2021, she has gained experience in a range of treatments, with a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery.

Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help, Sophie enjoys the variety that dental nursing brings. You'll find her both chairside assisting our clinicians and at reception, where she is always happy to support patients and colleagues alike. Her friendly personality and adaptable approach make her an integral part of the Castleton team.

Sophie loves everything about dental nursing, and enjoys how the days are always varied, fast-paced and incredibly rewarding, and no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys keeping active through running and has recently discovered a love for gardening. She's currently enjoying growing sunflowers and spending time outdoors, as well as socialising with family and friends.

Sophie loves running and completed her first half marathon the London Landmarks Half Marathon, raising money for Children with Cancer UK.
