Qualified in 2009, Caoimhe is an experienced Implantologist  with special interests in oral surgery, intravenous (IV) sedation and dental implants. Known for her calm, caring and reassuring approach, she is particularly passionate about helping nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their treatment, especially those undergoing surgical procedures or IV sedation.

Caoimhe joined Castleton Dental in 2021 and now focuses much of her clinical work on complex extraction and implant cases. She graduated from Queen's University Belfast in 2009 with distinctions before completing three years of hospital training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, then moved into general practice, where she has continued to develop her expertise. She also holds a Master's degree in Implantology and is committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring her patients benefit from the latest evidence-based techniques and innovations in implant and surgical dentistry.

Her favourite part of the job is helping patients regain their confidence and quality of life through life-changing implant treatment and oral surgery, while making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Caoimhe enjoys reading, practising Pilates and making the most of her holidays in the sunshine with her family.

A fun fact: she loves music and dancing, and you'll often find her quietly humming along to a tune throughout the day while working.
