During Surgery hours (8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday) If you have a problem during surgery hours, call the practice 01252 715576 and tell our receptionist that it is an emergency. For existing registered patients, we will prioritise your case and always make the time to see you the same day.
If you are not registered with us, we will endeavour to see you the same day although because of commitments to our existing patients, this cannot always be possible.

Although we do subscribe to a rota system, we invariably never use it preferring that our patients are able to see one of us in our practice.
We can provide better emergency cover than a rota system as we will know the patients and their cases and certainly have their full dental records in front of us, unlike the rota dentist. Our out of hours emergency cover is second to none and something we are very proud of - you will be seeing a familiar face in your own surgery.
