We have now moved but have not as yet found a new dentist. I really do not want to change dentists! However, we do now live rather a long way away from Farnham so a change will eventually be inevitable.
In the meantime, we would like to thank Ulla, Francesca, Reception and Dental technician for all the dental care we have received. We would also be grateful if our names could be kept on your register until we have (reluctantly) found a new dentist. I will of course let you know when (if!) we do this.
I have just finished speaking to my daughter on the phone and wanted to thank you so much for the obvious care and encouragement you gave her this morning when she attended your surgery.
You have managed to do what no other dentist has for at least the last 7 years ie. do any work on her teeth. I'm not sure at what stage she developed her intense fear but despite several visits over the last few years no dentist, including one at the Glasgow Dental hospital, has managed to do more than an examination. As soon as treatment was mentioned she had gone hysterical. She has had several abscesses, had an examination followed by a course of antibiotics and then refused to return. The fact that she allowed you to do a filling is amazing and shows how much you must have reassured her, she couldn't stop telling me how wonderful you are.
